Terms of service
These terms apply when you use the Advento dashboard (dashboard.advento.pro) and this website. They are between you, the business that opens the account, and SIA "Advento.pro" ("Advento", "we"). The Advento dashboard is for businesses only, not for consumers. By creating an account you confirm that you may accept these terms for your business.
1. The service
The Advento dashboard shows a store's sales, ad spend, return on ads, profit after costs, and how much of its sales each ad and email platform claims, from data the business connects itself.
- Free plan: one store, daily totals for the last 60 days, at no cost and with no card. We may change what the free plan includes, with notice.
- Pro plan: the full breakdowns, history and features described on our pricing at the time you subscribe, paid monthly or yearly by the number of orders your store handles. Prices exclude VAT.
Done-for-you services (fixes, managed ads, email and similar) are governed by the written proposal or agreement you sign for them, which takes priority over these terms for those services.
2. Connecting your accounts
- You connect Shopify, ad platforms, analytics and email platforms yourself, through each platform's own sign-in and consent screen.
- Connections are read-only. We do not spend, post, change settings or edit anything in your accounts through them.
- You must have the right to connect each account and to let us read its data. Each platform's own terms continue to apply to your use of it.
- You can disconnect any account at any time in the dashboard or on the platform itself. See data deletion for what happens next.
3. Your data
Your data stays yours. We use it only to provide the dashboard to you, to prepare your X-Ray if you ask for one, and to give support, as set out in the privacy policy and our data processing agreement. Advento staff may view your connected data for those purposes; every view is logged.
4. Paid plans
- Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in the dashboard; the plan runs to the end of the period already paid and is not refunded, unless the law requires otherwise.
- If your order volume moves your store into a different price band, the new price applies from your next billing period, and we tell you before it does.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. A change applies from your next billing period after the notice ends.
- If a payment fails and is not fixed within 14 days, we may move the account to the free plan.
5. Fair use
Do not share accounts outside your business, resell the dashboard, try to reach other customers' data, reverse engineer the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that does, after telling you why where we can.
6. No guarantee of results
The dashboard shows numbers from your own platforms and our calculations on them. Numbers depend on the data the platforms give us and on the costs you enter, and can contain errors or delays. Business decisions are yours. We do not promise any increase in sales or profit.
The only guarantee we give is the Profit X-Ray £500 guarantee, and only where we confirm it to you in writing, on the conditions in its own terms.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the dashboard available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. We may improve, change or retire features. If we close the service, we give at least 30 days' notice and refund any period paid in advance and not used.
8. Liability
- Our total liability to you under or in connection with these terms in any 12 months is limited to the amount you paid us for the dashboard in those 12 months, or EUR 100 if you are on the free plan.
- We are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time in the dashboard or by email. We may end these terms with 30 days' notice, or straight away if you seriously breach them. When the account closes, your data is deleted as described on the data deletion page.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We tell account owners by email at least 30 days before a change that affects them takes effect. If you keep using the dashboard after that, the new terms apply.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. The courts of Latvia have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law where you are based gives you a right to bring a claim there.
