Sub-processors

These are the companies that process data for us to run Advento App (app.advento.pro) and the Advento dashboard (dashboard.advento.pro). Each is bound by a written contract with data protection duties no weaker than our data processing agreement.
Changes: we give workspace owners 30 days notice by email before we add or replace a sub-processor. You can object within that time, as set out in the data processing agreement.

For UK customers, transfers rely on the UK Extension to the Data Privacy Framework or the UK Addendum to the Standard Contractual Clauses.
Not sub-processors
- Shopify bills App Store installs, and Stripe bills direct sign-ups. Each acts as a separate controller for its own billing data, under its own privacy policy.
- The platforms you connect (Shopify, Meta, Google, Klaviyo, Microsoft Clarity, TikTok) are your own providers. We read from them on your instructions.
Advento App uses no outside analytics or session recording tools. Our own usage records hold only the event name, the workspace and the time.
